    The location is wonderful, right next to Coco Park, the subway, and restaurants. It's also convenient for traveling to the airport and even to Hong Kong or Melbourne.

    Great location, relatively near Coco Park. Courtesy from the whole staff. Friendly customer service, including extensive breakfasts with fresh seafood and the Gluten Free bread.

    Smoke-free hotel.

    Well-appointed and well decorated rooms with very big beds and city views. Easy check-in, late check-out. Had high speed internet access in the rooms. Magnificent and comfortable location, close to an underground station.

    The hotel is incredibly beautiful with kind staff providing great service. the location is fantastic, being close to Futian station which is convenient for reaching the airport and other places in Shenzhen. it's a short walk to nightlife venues, bars, pubs, the metro, COCO mall.

    We got double room with king size bed and liked it. The location turned out to be stunning, very close to subway, very reasonable price and shenzhen next to all western restaurants and bars.

    Around 8 minutes work to Metropolitan Rapid transit so quite convenient. A few food stores/restaurant at the side of the hotel. In house service for extra bath towels, shower gel, shampoo were quite prompt and excellent. Helpful staff.

    Hotel main Lobby cafe, must pay money to sit there. Unable to extend beyond 2 o'clock check out time despite staying there for 4 nights.

    The location and the hotel staff. Great service and food at the club lounge.

    The food at the marco cafe was not great at all. Expensive also for a not so great experience. Even the so called asian food was not so great.

    This hotel is of top quality and maintains a good standard. the location is unbeatable, being close to many attractions. - It is conveniently situated near the Fu Tian MRT/Train high-speed rail station and Marco Polo Shenzhen.

    I am especially impressed about the good services and friendliness of the staff in the reception and in the restaurant .Making us feel at home while staying there . My compliment to a lady staff in the Cafe who left a good impression to me and my business group with her good care during our breakfast and buffet dinner . She was patient enough to recommend the specialties of the restaurant and left us with the feeling like a family member . I dont know her name . She was called Wendy by her colleagues .

    The breakfast here is decent, offering a good start to the day. 🍳 You can enjoy some lovely views, especially of Coco Park and Bar Street, which are just a stone's throw away. The staff is super attentive and ready to help, making the service top-notch. The rooms are well-appointed, and the beds are really comfy for a good night's sleep.
